1990 Cadillac EL Dorado car doesn't keep a charge

I have had 2 new batteries installed and the height control fuse pulled and cant get trickle charger to keep it running. Starts easy with a jump but doesn't start next day

You have a parisidic draw killin the battery disconnect neg. Wire remove bolt from wire put in battery charge overnite resecure. If u use car remove cable will sittin. Hook up to test check antena. Trunk pulldown, interior lights, seats for proper operation. Nothing running or left on. Well start there ill monitor this post we enjoy your feed back
