At times my car revs up and down at a light,after i start it or when it is in park.But still mostly rides very well,what is my problem?

Hi:
Most likely it's the Idle Air Control unit (IAC), or the throttle positioning sensor (TPS). Take it to a nationally recognized auto parts store and have them scan it for codes. Most stores will do it for free, and if there is a stored code, you'll know for sure what to replace.
