My speedometer gas guage and heat/AC.

I have an 1986 caddilac deville 4 door sedan 8 cylinder, and for some reason my speedometer wont work as well as my mileage reader or gas guage its all digital. The first thing I did was checked the fuses and their all new now but that didnt help. Can you?

There is no relay for the cluster, only fuses, its no real hard to do, you can pull the cluster out and check for power, if you have power there may be a damaged circuit board on the cluster, there is a power inverter under the center of the dash,

also check fuse #7 and #17
