2004 Cadillac Deville rear door window only works with the

The window only works when the door is open. If you close the door you can hear a slight click but the window does not move. Additional if the car sits over night the battery goes dead. I suspect a door module problem but am not sure. I have a constant drain on the battery (more than just a memory drain) and I have to remove several fuses to stop the drain.
