My caddy has a problem with the windsheild wipers that won't shut off properly. You can turn them off but can't shut them off the right way. I have discovered get off you have to turn the switch in the off position, shut the car off, then open the door and the wipers will shut off. Then when you turn the car on the wipers will drop to the home place. Is it the motor or in the switch and is it easy for me to repair at home as I have done the surpatine belt at home.
