Engine Performance problem
1994 Cadillac Deville V8 Front Wheel Drive 145000 miles

The car has had a complete tune up, along with replacing the PCM, MAP sensor, distributor, Ilde control device, and all filters. With all that done, my service engine soon light stays on and the car starts rough requiring me to keep my foot on the gas until it gets warm. While driving, the car runs very well however when I stop the car and start it 5min later, it has the same rough start with me having to keep my foot on the gas or it again stall out.

Try pressing off and warmer on your climate panel, after a segment check it will start displaying codes. You either will find that the code may relate to your symptom, or it may be a cause and effect situation. Report back with the codes(PCM).
