1994 Cadillac Deville overheats

If the car overheats are the fans still suppose to run.

The job of the coolant fans is to keep the radiator temp down so it cool the engine
if your engine overheating and the coolant
fan are staying on
check coolant level check thermostat
check water pump operation
and if water circulating through the system
have it tested for a head gasket failure
