Electrical problem
1992 Cadillac Deville V8 108000 miles
when checking for draw,draw is gone when i remove #3 40 amp main fuse that supply's # 11 and #12 mini fuses or its gone when removing both #11 and #12 mini fuses,checked all circuits related to both those circuits,i do have to remove both fuses for draw to be gone?...disconnected radio,antenna,lites,leveling pump,checked lighters,etc,etc ? Why do i have to remove both those fuses for draw tobe gone,what is in common, or the main which supplys those 2 circuits?
