Battery goes dead after a short time antenna stays up and won't go down?

Never had problems starting, even after sitting and after front end collision, until after body work repair and new battery. Now battery goes dead after a short time. Also, antenna suddenly stays up and won't go down. Radio is off. We are trying to sell and frustrated by these new problems after "repair".

The antenna might be your prob, you may want to cut the wires to it and leave it up
