1988 Cadillac Deville Engine misses

When I 'm driving along at any speed the engine looses power for a split second. Power dies and comes back or what I cal misses. Rebuilt engine. Been in for 3 years. Did not do it for the first year. Is it not getting gas or not getting spark?

Sounds electrical to me. Fuel shortage would not be sudden stop/start.

If you have a bad plug wire, you could be getting feed back into the ignition system disrupting power.
