1986 Cadillac Deville Tilt Steering Wheel is Loose

My tilt steering wheel flops around in all directions. It seems to be getting worse. Can it be repaired and, if so, what is involved?

Yes there are 3 screws that need tightening or fell out, pull the wheel off and pull out the turn signal switch some what, you need a steering wheel puller kit
