disturbed the timing really bad, how do I reset the timing?

What timing are you talking about is it the valve or ignition timing-Also do you have an HEI or contact point distributor?

If you didnt take out the distributor messing with it that way use a timming lite to time it

finding a timming lite is going to be a prob tho
