When I put my car on drive it kind off pulls and makes a loud noice like it forced itself.

This is hard to diagnose on the computer and you are better to have apro look at it. This could be a driveshaft binding/a transmission with two clutches coming on at the same time when they aren' t supposed to. Or a wheel bearing going bad.

I usually take my cars to Felix Cadillac dealer in L.A. But they always just want to find other things that are not problems and charge too much money

There are plenty of independent transmission repair shops around that are honest and back up their work. If you aren't sure check with BBB for ones that have a problem. They aren't as exspensive as dealers either.
