2003 Cadillac CTS Windshield Wipers

The wipers started with comming on by themselves and then shuting off, then it went to running all the time with no delay or high/low speed. I pulled the fuse to stop them. Is it the wiper motor or the switch in the stearing column?

Disconnect the battery for 30 sec, see if that does anything, may have a bad electrial side of wiper motor

I had the same issue, with the same year CTS. The Caddilllac certified dealership diagnostic report said that my wiper motor had gone bad, costing me $500
