I would dearly love to have this Cadillac at our local lot but my husband thinks repairs are alot more than on other vehicles makers like Buick. Is this true. I've been told they are better made than most makers. Tell me what to do. THANKS

Would love to have you as a Cadillac owner, as well. As far as being more expensive than other makes(specified Buick), there should be comparibly little difference in the basis. In terms, labor rate at a luxury dealer may run slightly higher than a more standard line. The parts would be about the same, as the manufacturer sets a retail price that is non-discriminatory. There can be different technology involved in the higher line that may translate to higher cost, but every line is experiencing that in one way or another. Insurance may be higher as well. Be aware that you are showing interest in a car that is already 6 years old, and is the first year of the model run.
