where is the water pump?

Hi:
The water pump is on the front of the engine driven by the serp belt. I have uploaded a picture for you.

Ok I need to know could the water pump be causing the motor to over heat when the temps true outside is hot outside but not when it's cold

And with replacing the water pump would I need a special tool this is the weirdest vehicle I have ever worked on
