MY MPH GAGE Won't move and I have two lights on my dash that won't go off abs and check engine light what could be the problem

A check of the trouble codes may isolate it, but I would assume it has to do with a loss of vehicle speed signal. I believe the speed signal comes to the ABS module from the RH rear speed sensor, and is bussed to the ECM.
