Transmission problem
1998 Cadillac Catera 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic
transmission will not engage in any gear selected, checked linkage and seems to be moving fine the car has 90000 miles, is there any fuses or relays that i might check

Hi there,
Thank you for the donation,
The electrics that control the transmission with the exception of the ECU are housed with in the transmission, you can get a scan done that will check for any stored fault codes pertaining to transmission faults, this is the first check to be done on this type of diagnostic probe. Your mechanic or trans specialist will be set up to run tis test, start here.
