1987 Cadillac Brougham spark plugs?

i got into an accident front end crash not too bad but now when i get in the car and try to take off i have to press the gass down all theway to get it to go anywhere and if the car isnt warmed up i press the gas down all the way and it takes about a min of holding the gas down until it gets to 30 and im not sure if that is a timing issue or if it is a spark plug issueany ideas of help will be greatly apprieciated

I would lean more towards possibly a restricted exhaust/plugged converter. Try disconnecting the exhaust prior to the converter and see how it runs. It will be loud. Another possibility is just to remove an oxygen sensor, and then test drive it.
