What model do you have a cxL or a cx model?

It is a CXL. Checked all fuses seem ok. Notice two large fuses WIper 1 & wiper 2 could it be one of these (under hood fuse box)

RR WPR fuse3 is the one that power's the rear wiper i emailed you a wire diagram and a trouble tree for rear wiper inop to your personal email.

Thanks you saturntech9 !!!!! I will be trying this out tonight!!! Seems that the problem is in the washer pump. Thank you for all of your help.
