I have a 1995 buick skylark, when I push on the horn it makes a ticking sound but doesnt actually honk. What could the problem be and how much to fix it?

Check and test the horn relay and horn switch-dunno the costs though it varies with location.

It sounds like a horn relay problem, or maybe the horn itself. With key off, have someone press horn repeatedly. Listen for and locate clicking sound. This should lead you to the horn relay. Once you find it, very carefully swap it with another one close by, and don't forget which one. If horn works, swap back, and get a new horn relay. If not, use a test light and check for fire at horn. If it will light a test light, clean connection good. If still no horn, the horn itself has gone bad.
