1993 buick skylark limited single cam won't start

You say it has spark....how did you check...make certain..
Then about the fuel....It can be getting fuel from fuel pump to fuel rail....but the injectors won't fire unless all is in order.
You can try a little shot of ether in the plenum or better yet....a little spray bottle of gas...
See if it runs with fuel sprayed into throttle plenum/throat...just loosen the hose clamp on the black accodian tube intake snorkle.

Can you hear the fuel pump spinning/ humming in the rear when you trun the key to on postition for about 2 seconds?

tried the spray and it wont start. the fuel pump is running. changed the fuel filter and the fuel pressure regulator and Im still not getting any fuel out of the return line. what about the the crank sensor?
