Engine Cooling problem
1993 Buick Skylark 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I was wondering if my radiator fan should always be turning because when I first start up my car it doesn't and my car has been overheating a lot recently and I cant find my radiator cap

HI:
I believe the coolant is filled through the over flow bottle. Also, the fan should turn on with the AC and after the coolant reached a certain temp.
