I had tthe engine replaced in my car April of 2006, due to the dexcool misxing with the oil causing sludge in the engine. I recently had a fuel injector put in and a gasket because tere was an oil leak. My service engine soon light is coming on so I has Auto Zone tell whtnthe light meant and they told me I have a misfire in the #3 clynder, whatever that means. Is this part of the engine thatn I had replaced? I want to know if I should take it to the dealership or the engine company?

Yes, a Cylinder is were the Spark Plugs Ignite the Fuel. What that means is that either the Spark Plug, Plug Wire or Coil Pack has failed prematurely. It could also mean the the Injector or Injector Harness has failed. It might also mean a Blown Head Gasket. Is it still under warrantee? You could pull the Spark Plug from the #3 Cylinder and take a pic and post it here in the forum. Then we can suggest the possible cause. here is a picture to help find cylinder.......
