1999 Buick Regal Wont start.

Last night 02/16/08 my car was running fine, I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. This morning it wouldn't start, I checked the battery and the cables, nothing was left on over night. When I turn the key everything just shuts off, there is no click or hum.
What might it be?

Do you have headlights and also see the lights that normally comes On when key at On position.

If not load test the battery-if its okay could be a short within the electrical system that's draining the battery
