I have a '92 Buick Regal - 3800. Recently my check engine light has started to go on and off. Also my car has picked up an occasional hesitation (runs fine most of the time, but hesitates a little and then comes out of it - car has never died out). I checked the codes and came up with error code 41.

According to my book, 41 code is camshaft positioning circuit malfunction.
Doesn't necessarily mean the sensor is bad, could be a loose connector or broken wire.
If you are a diy (do it yourselfer) pick up a repair manual. It will explain how to test it and replace it if necessary.
If not, have a qualified mechanic check it out.

If I have been helpful kindly leave me a vote.
All donations gladly accepted no matter how small-keeps us going.
