1989 Buick Regal 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i bought a new battery and drove the car for a week. I let it set for 2 days and the battery drained. Alternater checked out good. What do I do next. Would appreciate any info thanx.

Have the battery load tested this will prove the viability of the battery, also get a current draw test don, this will show up any excessive current draw with the key off.
