1990 Buick Reatta 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic
I want to change the drivers side front headlight, do I have to have the lights on to replace the bulb as they are down and covered

You should be able to open the hood and there will be a rubber cap on top of the head light motor.Take the cap off and you can turn the wheel and manually open the headlight.Or you can turn the headlight on then turn the head light switch to the parking light setting and the headlight should still be open.
