1988 Buick Reatta 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 123000 miles
My break pedal is hard and fluid is building up in the
master cylinder. Break & ABS light on. please offer an
answer.

you'll have to find a pro to read the code to find out what is exactly worng with the system. that's the only way to find out fo sure what is wrong.
