I have a 1999 Buick Park Ave, the issue is sometimes but not always when I start the car it does nothing and it may take two or three turns before it starts. When this happens the gauges on the dash go crazy and sometimes the gas and temp gauges get stuck behind the pins. Could this be a bad battery or maybe and alternator or even a starter problem. Any advice or help would be greatly help.
