I got a buick with a v6 3800 rough idle and misses while drive to stall.
I threw new pluggs and wires ran good for about 15 min then back to the same. It had been sitting for a while before I got it. Put sea foam in it and new gas I was thinking fuel filter? Any ideas running too bad to drive to auto parts store right now to get tested

Engine running rough or misfiring can be cause by the following:
1. Defective spark plug.
2. Inadequate spark/coil, defective spark plug wire.
3. Lack of compression
4. False air leakage.
5. Faulty fuel injectors.
6. Insufficient fuel pressure.
7. Contaminated fuel.
8. EGR valve that is leaking.
9. Oxygen sensors.

Try cleaning out the idle air control valve and test the throttle position sensor
