1995 Buick Park Avenue Blower Motor

I have replaced the blower motor, the fan still will not blow. Need to know if it's the resistor or relay. The digital fan display & switch in dash work just fine so I don't think it's in there. I have also checked the fuse. Thanks in advance!

Did you check the blower control module(relay), located at center rear of engine compartment (red circle).
