1995 Buick Park Avenue 3800 seems to be missing in cylinder

I have changed the plug, the wire, and the distributor and still no luck. Could it be the electronic board underneath all three distributors? Also on the distributor when I pull a plug wire off it, it throws sparks all over the black cap next to the post.

Not sure of the details, but the 3 coil packs set onto the ignition control module. Not sure on this one, but some had a crank sensor behind the module that would break off when removing it.
