1991 Buick Park Avenue Resetting Codes

To the guy who says he changed the part and still has the error code. Mostly on all cars you have to reset the code so I wouldn't worry if the problem isnt there anymore.

To reset codes, remove negative battery cable for about 2 minutes.

Sometimes if you don't reset hard codes (light on all the time), the car will still experience problems because the computer has changed settings to compensate for the original problem. It has to be reset to its original configuration to complete the repair. Never disregard resets.
