My factory radio quit working, so I was removing it, I shorted something out, what I do not know. Now my electronic ac/heat controls do not work, although they do have backlighting, nor my horn, or cig lighter or the keys in ignition/headligt alarm will not work now. Fuses are good, relays I assume are good, they click when power is turned on.

Yes, I took each one out and visually inspected them, tested each one with ohm meter then put them back in and tested for voltage on both sides, all five of them are good. Is there another fuse block somewhere?

You should have a relay/fuse box under the hood
