I lost oil pressure due to a leaking head gasket, this in turn gave me a low end rattle. So obviously I must rebuild the engine. When I do this can I bore the cylinders for more power? What might I have to change to do this?(Computer?-Fuel pump?-Pressure regulator? )

Hi there,

You will only be able to go to the recommended Over size repair bore size, any more and you firstly may not get pistons and rings to suit, the bore wall thickness may be far to thin and chronic over heating problems could plague you, with standard o/haul even up to the Max bore size allowed, there is no special requirements needed, you can easily run all your standard systems.
