2000 Buick Lesabre brake noise

After I had the brake pads replaced on front and rear and the front rotors replace, the brake developed a rubbing noise when you let off the brake a little after you ablied the brakes hard. They also make the noise when you just ease the brakes on. The noise can get so loud you could hear it a block away. 10.00

Ok so tell me a bit about how the brake job was done. Did you turn the rear rotors sence it looks like you reused them? Did you clean the protective coating from the new rotors that you put on the front? Did you use the anti squeel compound on the metal backing on the pads? Get back to me so I can try to help.
