Hello, I do the basic tests, even if the vehicle is brand new. Have a helper crank it, while you check for spark at the plugs and injector pulse. Use a gage check fuel pressure. Any codes?

Do the testing when the vehicle refuses to start. Go from there.

Was the fuel filter replaced at the same time? Even with anew pump, it sounds like it may have a pressure problem, have a manual gauge put on it to verify pressure goes up and stays up (no bleed down). Also check the fuel pressure regulator to be sure there is no fuel in the vacuum line , that can cause a rich condition that will cause hard hot starting. Has the tune up been done? if so be sure OE plugs/wires were used

I replaced the fuel filter , spark plugs, ignition wires, fuel pump before this problem started so i hope that the fuel pressure regulator may be the problem. the maintenance on my car is always 100% up to date

I had the problem checked out and the fuel pump that was replaced was defective - they said it it was bleeding off and holding pressure
