There is a strong smell of gasoline when the car is not running. There is no spots under the car when you move it, and there is no visible signs of leaking. Where should I start looking? Is this dangerous to leave in my garage?

there may be a whole in your tank around the filler neck, where the filler neck goes into the fuel tank there is usually a problem with those tanks rusting and producing a whole or trace all fuel lines the rust on these vehicles at that age will produce weak fuel lines, I just replaced my tank, sending unit, and lines due to rusting out on my 97 Lesabre
