1997 Buick Lesabre Engine Stalls as Car Slows to a Stop

The car will stall when I slow for a stop or a turn approximately 5 - 10 minutes after startup. It is very predictable. Occassionally the engine will rev or while at a constant speed of about 35 mph the tach will show the engine reving and then quickly slowing in repeatedly until I give it more gas.
A vacuum problem somewhere? and suggestions?
