how do you get the serpentine belt back on do you have to disconnect the engine mount

there is a stud that goes through the mount. You will need to remove the stud, then you can take out the spacer that goes between the engine and mount. Then you will be able to install the belt.

Is the stud reverse torque?

I assume you mean reverse thread? So does it loosen to the right? If this is correct then no. It loosens to the left or counter clock wise.
I attached the info from the manual on how to replace the belt just in case you need it.
