i just replaced the starter due to a clicking noise when i attempted to start the car. the new starter isnt grabbing the flywheel good enough and seems to be having the same problem as before. i looked under the car while someone tried cranking the engine and the flywheel moves a couple inches at a time but doesnt want to turn over. could this be some electrical problem?
