1993 Buick Lesabre brakes

1993 Buick Lesabre 6 cyl Automatic 150000 miles

my brake pedel goes to the floor on the first pump, but stays up on the second pump. i replaced the master cyllinder, no help, all the pads, shoes, rotors &drums look like new

check vacuum lines at brake booster and make sure brake fluid is topped off

all that is good. but when we bleed the brakes , one side keeps having air . it is not leaking fluid, but seems to pull in air.
