1992 Buick LeSabre runs 3 sec's then no fuel

I have a 92 LeSabre that when you start it it runs for 3 sec's and then stops. I believe that it is not getting any fuel. Replace ECM and that was not it. I believe that it may be in the alarm system. (because it only is getting fuel for that 3 sec's and then it shuts off.) This car also has a new ingention in it. which I do believe that the old one had a chip in it. Not sure? I am really ready to junk this thing. Now my friend down the street had me put in a new ingention yesterday and now his does the same damn thing. Same year, model, everything.

they offer a bypass resistor to eliminate the key chip . go into google and search"gm key bypass resistor" hope this helps. you diagnosed this one correctly from what ive read.good job there and good luck!! thanks, Ron
