1992 Buick Lesabre runs 3 sec's then no fuel

I have a 92 LeSabre that when you start it it runs for 3 sec's and then stops. I believe that it is not getting any fuel. Replace ECM and that was not it. I believe that it may be in the alarm system. (Because it only is getting fuel for that 3 sec's and then it shuts off.) This car also has a new ingention in it. Which I do believe that the old one had a chip in it. Not sure? I am really ready to junk this thing. Now my friend down the street had me put in a new ingention yesterday and now his does the same damn thing. Same year, model, everything.

They offer a bypass resistor to eliminate the key chip. Go into google and search"gm key bypass resistor" hope this helps. You diagnosed this one correctly from what ive read. Good job there and good luck! Thanks, Ron
