I CHANGED THE SPARK PLUGS IN MY BUICK LIKE YOU SAID BUT MY BATTERY IS A DEAD CELL,WOULD THAT KEEP IT FROM CRANKING WHEN ITS BEING JUMPED OFF?

Hi there,

A dead cell in the battery will not help matters any. Fit a new battery, make sure terminals are clean and tight. Check earth cable to body and engine, check starter cable tight.
