1989 Buick Lesabre hood latch
how to release if cable is not working or is broken so hood will open to fix hood latch?

Hi there You will have to see if you can triger the latch from under the front of the car, Try and view one that is open so you can work out the best way to access it, this may be a job for a panel shop as they will be doing this type of repair often and will know the tricks of the trade to get it open.
