2006 Buick La Crosse Fob

2006 BUICK LA CROSSE

My 2006 Lacross Buick's left rear door will not unlock or lock when using the fob(s). Al other opertions appear to be normal. If I open the door when teh car has been secured the alarm sounds. Waht can I do to resolve this defect?
