1987 Buick Electra Repair Question
Throddle position sensor
1987 Buick Electra 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 307,00 miles
How do I adjust the throddle position sensor?
you can adjust it by loosening up the holders on it and move it, i would not suggest doing this as it will probably mess up your settings and the car will not run properly.

It sounds like you already have the answer and just want some reassurance. The throttle position sensor should not be "adjusted" it should be replaced. This is relatively inexpensive and simple to do.To find it just look at your throttle body, this is where you can "rev" the vehicle from under the hood, and you will find it right there!Email me and let me know how this works for you my email is email@example.com
