I have a 1992 Buick Century, 3.3ltr engiine, it has 234,000 miles on it. The front power windows will not operate, the back windows operate fine. I have changed the driver's side master switch panal, both power window motors, and the fuse checks good. Both windows are getting voltage. But neither front window will operate. Is there something that I'm missing, and where is it located?

Check all the grounds and be sure the wiring is good where it passes from door to body of the car

I've actually have had the exact same problem as described here. I was experimenting today and realized that when the door was all the way open, the switches worked fine and the passenger and driver side windows went up and down fine. However, when I closed the door just a small bit, the front windows would stop working all together. I removed the boot between the door and the car which revealed the rest of the wiring harness. I found three wires that have been broken off which was causing the failure.
