1999 Buick Century right rear locked up
Brakes problem
1999 Buick Century 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 98000 miles
after a year of unsticking it self when I drove it anyway. Maybe both rear a problem. Has original shoes-cylinders.

you have probaly broken a spring letting shoes rest against drums as if brakes were on, if you have gone this long without replacing rears you will probaly need shoes hardware kit wheel cylinders and maybe drums you will need to remove drums to find out exactly what needs replaced.
